  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup of basmati rice
    • 4 cups of milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup fresh European cherries
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook the rice in 2 cups of milk until it's soft and the mixture thickens.
    2. Add the remaining 2 cups of milk, sugar, cardamom, and European cherries. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
